Comments: Did a quick loop on the way home from skiing Mt. Abram.

Full snowpack remains, though there is a little slush near the ledges up top. I toyed with barebooting, but found the snow was firm enough that I would be working too much to get traction, and wet enough that Microspikes would have balled up. Fortunately I had my small Dion snowshoes with me, which were ideal. One other hiker spinning their figurative wheels noted they wished they had snowshoes.

About 6" of snowpack remains in the woods prior to the forecast wet weather. Summit was already engulfed in fog this afternoon, but temperatures were still in the 30s.
