Comments
Comments: Our group broke out the AT from Carribou Pond Road to South Crocker. Hikers had broken out to South from the North and 1 person had been to Reddington and back. From Reddington, we broke out the logging road route back to the trucks. Snowshoes all day. Interesting thunder clap during a snow squall. Lots of moose tracks down low. Some sections were still a little boney in snowshoes, but it was too much snow not to use them. If you want this, and you have a really good 4WD, this is the time to get it.
