The only time I needed spikes was on the parking lot and last 0.4 miles going back on the north trail. I took moraine link trail to mtn division RR and walked the tracks to snowmobile trail. Pleasant walk to ridge trail. Rather steep going up, then it levels off a bit then makes a gradual ascent to the col of the true summit. Bushwhacked to summit then went a little past to open ledges with grand views to the white mountains. Mt Washington in the clear today. Back down the ridge walk trail to several view points & front ledges. White flag trail to north trail then back to my car for a 5.03 loop hike. Beautiful day ✌🻠|
