 | Comments: |
Temperatures were above freezing that made for wet snow falling from trees and heavy snow sticking to snowshoes. Trail was broken to Coe Trail junction and beyond, but was often filled in. (Thanks to the Barefoot Paul's group for their work) The spur to North Brother was slow and difficult with heavy snow. We checked out the start of the bushwhack to Fort, but decided against it because of time and conditions. The trail to South Brother was a lot more open.
