Amazing shape, as is the case with all the NPS trails in Acadia. |

| Comments: |
The trail was 100% free of snow, but did have several areas of sketchy ice, particularly in the last half-mile before the summit. Other than that, it was mostly dry with a few wet areas. I barebooted the hike with care, but others may want light traction for the aforementioned ice.
Very bizarre to see the mountain devoid of snow so late in December. New England weather works in mysterious ways, I guess. |
