 | Parking/Access Road Notes: |
Dirt road going to the trail head is very small and filled with pot holes. I recommend having and SUV for this |
 | Surface Conditions: |
Dry Trail |
 | Recommended Equipment: |
 | Water Crossing Notes: |
There was only one small river to cross but there was enough rocks to keep your boots out of the water |
 | Trail Maintenance Notes: |
The trail was very well maintained. There was blow over from the winter that had already been cut up and moved off the trail |
 | Dog-Related Notes: |
 | Bugs: |
Bugs were the major problem of the trip. As soon as I got out of the car there was a cloud of mosquitoes this was the case for about a mile and a half. Once I got a little bit higher the black flies came out and joined the mosquitos. There was not one second of the hike where I was not getting bitten by more than ten bugs at a time. |

 | Comments: |
The views were amazing and it was a beautiful hike and trip. The only disappointment were the bugs. I had my tent set at the tent platforms and I was forced to pack up and leave after I hit the summit that same day because of this. |
