Not allowed in Baxter State Park |

Some black flies at all elevations but I not bad enough for bug spray. Wind above treeline usually stops bugs. |

 | Comments: |
Trails were amazingly dry. A liitle wet along brook near Roaring Brook trail head but no wet feet. Still a couple patches of snow that must be crossed in the trees but only a few feet literally. Saddle Trail still closed, socked in with snow in woods. All other trails were in great dry shape. |
