Easily drove my CR-V right to the trailhead. Rapid Stream Rd is in decent shape. |

Several big blow downs on the AT but I saw someone at the Abraham junction with a chainsaw so they may be gone today. |

| Comments: |
Fantastic day to do this hike as an out and back. All trails are in good shape. Plenty of water to filter. I filled up at Spaulding twice. Great weather, no crowds, nice mix of thru-hikers and peak baggers. It's very unlike the Whites on a weekend. |
