Comments
Comments: Arrived at gate on CVR before 7AM, and to my great surprise encountered a nearly full lot. However on the way up we encountered only one camper and one hiker (who had not parked there), so I assume they were bound for the Crockers. River was swift, but a well-place log and stick assisted in crossing. Moderate amount of mud in low-lying areas. Saw a rabbit, a snake, and a raptor of some sort. Views at the peak were great on a clear day. On the way down we encountered 15-20 hikers coming up in mostly pairs. Probably 20 more cars at the trailhead when we arrived back down - time of Covid I suppose
