 | Comments: |
These peaks are located in Camden Hills State Park near the coast of Maine. Mount Battie has a 360 degree view. You can drive to the top but the auto road is not yet open. There's actually no view from the summit of Mount Megunticook, the highpoint in the park, but the view from Ocean Lookout .4 miles from the summit is outstanding. There's still a fair amount of snow above 1200 feet but not enough to warrant snowshoes or traction. |
