Parking for about 10 cars at the trailhead - only a couple of cars this time of year but quickly fills up after Memorial day - Island Explorer stops right at the trailhead and is the way to go. |

Another day another hike in Acadia, high level clouds and a bit windy. A few stretches of water running on the trail but not enough to get boots too wet. Water on some of the rocky stretches but rocks weren't slippery. A few minor patches of snow sill left on the trail but these won't last more than a few days. |
