  | Dog-Related Notes: |
An extremely happy 12 year old pup was out having the best day ever.   |
 |
  | Bugs: |
None of any significance. Though there were a bevy of fat and happy dragonflies doing yeoman’s work making sure the nasty bugs were kept at bay.   |

  | Comments: |
Weather held together just fine throughout the day, although the clouds and haze moved in during the second half, much to my dismay. A lot of AT hikers euphoric that they’re within about 200 miles of the finish line. A couple AT hikers that are still happy to be underway, even though they’re only 200-ish miles from the starting line. In short, it was a heck of a day to be outside.

Words and pictures will be on my blog in the next day or two.    |
