Terrible at parking lot and early on - wind kept them down at higher elevations |

This is a really nice hike, with some steep and rugged sections. Views at the summit are great. I hiked down the backside and to the AT junction, which added some effort. There was a sign warning of giardia at Cranberry Pond, just FYI for anyone who might head there. Only saw 4 people on the way out on a hot, hot day. |
