All easily crossed. |

One gnarly root ball blow down on Wright after descending off the open shoulder below the AT connection. |

Perhaps one small scramble where a dog would need help. Lots of water before the campsite. Had to leave my girl home today. |

Just enough wind to keep them away. Many black flies on the open summits. |

Why did I wait so long to go here? Wright trail is gorgeous below tree line. All the views and none of the crowds of the Whites. Saw nine other people all day. I wish I had the time to turn north and finish that section. I think I have Mahoosuc fever. |
