Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: CVR good up to the bridge after 4 mile mark. We stopped there but we saw an Exterra driving all the way up CVR to the very end. Looking at what he drove through (wash outs, pot holes etc) I don't know how exactly they made it but they did.

Comments
Comments: The buchwhack from South Crocker to Redington was very easy to follow if you looked at the ground. Still pretty thick and bushy at eye level but the trail was clear if you just looked down.

Should have done a bit more research on the logging roads out. Dead ended three times before we found our way out after coming down the trail/path from the summit to the roads because they aren't all on the map and we thought we were on a different one than we really were. Redington would be a long but very easy hike if you knew which roads to follow with lots of wild blueberries and raspberries along the way too. Lots of sign of moose and bear on those roads, even heard one or the other close by about halfway to Redington from S. Crocker but never actually saw any.

Also had to hike with no socks since I either forgot or lost mine. Not recommended. BIG blisters. Bet I won't forget them ever again though.
