Recommended Equipment:
Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: Minor and easily crossed.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: A few blowdowns on the trail above the new reroute. Two of them could be taken out by a handsaw (too hot and too many deer flies for me to bother today). Trail in need of some consistant marking from the reroute to the summit.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes:
Bugs
Bugs: Deer flies were brutal until I reached the ledges, at which point the wind kept them at bay.
Lost and Found

Comments
Comments: Orange Trail (aka Trail #1) was generally in good shape with a few mud patches. New reroute where the old trail gets really rocky, circa 1,300' up to 1,650' or so. Deer flies were terrible, but the awesome open summit ridge made it worth it.
