 | Comments: |
It rained for the whole hike. However the trails held up well in the rain with only some puddling. Care had to be taken on the rain soaked ledges especially on descent. On ascent could see local hills and Moose and Beaver Ponds. By end of hike the clouds thickened which prevented any views. One spruce grouse hen performed the distraction routine to divert attention from her young. Harebell and Lady Slipper in blossom. Unripened blueberries on open ledges. Trail well marked and maintained. |
