 | Parking/Access Road Notes: |
Rapid Stream Road is in ok shape but it's best to take it slow and have a high-clearance vehicle. |
 | Surface Conditions: |
Dry Trail, Wet Trail, Wet/Slippery Rock, Standing/Running Water on Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable |
 | Recommended Equipment: |
 | Water Crossing Notes: |
Water was not too high for the crossing of Ladd Brook and Rapid Stream. On the way up I took my shoes off; on the way back my feet were already muddy and wet so I just plowed on through. |
 | Trail Maintenance Notes: |
There are a few blowdowns - one was large enough that it took me about five minutes to find the trail again on the way down. |
 | Dog-Related Notes: |
On the way down I met a guy coming up with a golden retriever. Dog was having fun. |
 | Bugs: |
Not too bad. |
