went up little Jackson tr. snow started a little after the pond link tr. no trace of anyone up here for a long time. deep snow in woods 1 to 4 ft. now lots of deep postholes 1 to 4 ft. regular snowfields above treeline on little Jackson. the back side going to the pond was snowfree up high with deep snow down low. trail not well marked on this side if marked at all. pond still ice but thin. brook trail snow/ice free except for the snowfield at the top. |
