The lower half of the trail had a faint snowshoe track. Despite that, we still sank about a foot. Higher up, it was more like two feet. Luckily it was powder which made trail breaking easier. The ledge below the summit was a challenge which took us about 20 minutes to scale. Under beautiful blue skies and no wind, we spent a glorious 50 minutes on the summit. A perfect day to play hooky! |
