Parked at Baldface Circle Trail parking lot, took short side trail to dam on Cold River behind Cold River Camp, crossed it and went left on Leach Link Trail, emerged on Shell Pond Road took a right and walked past the gate, then taking right on Shell Pond Loop. On the other side of pond, bushwhacked up to cliff top, then descended and continued the loop across the grass airstrip at the Stone House, back to Shell Pond Road and Leach Link back to car. Great half day hike. |
