 | Comments: |
A quick hike before coming home, hike takes in sand beach and a series of cliffs and ledges overlooking Penobscot bay; clear blue skies and freezing temps but the views were amazing. Sections heading to sand beach and below ledges coming back are hard packed snow, snow with a fair amount of ice up on the ledges, one spot would be really troublesome without some traction but scampered up in my hillsounds just fine. Met one other group out enjoying the trail this day. |
