Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: The temporary trail across the beaver dam is working well and getting plenty of use. There is one other small brook crossing.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: I finished blazing the northern approach to Albany. Also, there had been a couple of large blowdowns but someone recently removed them. I did remove one new one so the trail is again blowdown free.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Madison had a relaxing day watching me blaze although she thinks it is boring watching paint dry. There is plenty of water for dogs.
Bugs
Bugs: Mosquitos were a bit bothersome as I was standing still.

Comments: Albany Mountain Trail (northern approach)

It is a great time to visit Albany Mountain. The summit is filled with blueberries that are ripe for the picking.
