Comments
Comments: We started our two day backpacking trip up to Sugarloaf through the West Mountain ski trails; no issues there... Once on top; had a little problem finding the jct for the AT because of nil visibility but eventually did... Continued to Spaulding on previous tracks of BCskier.. Thx a lot for the good job... Trails faints here in there but without too many issues.. Once on top of Spaulding, continued to the col right to the Spaulding lean-to where we have spent the night. The next morning (sun 21th feb) we opened up the trail all the way to the jct of the Abraham Side Trail and AT.. and then on all the way to Abrahm summit and back...
The trail is nicely packed now but I wonder if it will stay that way very long before the next snow... We encountered a ton of moose postholes on the way from Sp to Abraham.. and a snowmobile track in in between the Sp lean-to and the jct to Abraham Side trail... Enjoy !!!
