Just a beautiful day for our first Maine 4Ks in Carrabasset Valley and the first winter hiking of the season. Several feet of new snow made trail breaking tough for those in front. CVR broken out by snowmobiles and a very easy walk. Bushwhack from Sugarloaf Golf Course to CVR easy way to cut off several miles.
Bushwhack to Spaulding was reasonably clear and not bd considering the amount of new snow. AT pretty easy to follow over to Sugarloaf. Great day out with a great group of people! |
