 | Trail Maintenance Notes: |
A number of blowdowns along the way - Maiden Cliff - 4 inch stepover a couple of tenths up from the trailhead; 2 stepovers on Jack williams - 12 inch and 8 inch both stepovers; Ridge trail - one 8 inch stepover between summit and ocean lookout though a side path is developing around; 1 very recent blowdown past the summit that blocks the trail with a path developing around, 2 other stepovers both about 8 inches - trimmed some branches to make it easier to get over, one walk-under that I trimmed branches that were at face level so it's good until it drops down a little further. |

 | Comments: |
Nice and sunny with warm temps for December meant water and mud on the trails today. Maiden Cliff dry up to junction with Ridge trail, Patches of mud/water on Jack Williams but not deep. The typical water and mud on Ridge trail between ocean lookout and the summit. Past the summit you'll find mud and water along several stretches of the Ridge trail. There are a few wet/slick rocks coming off the summit that you'll need to keep an eye on. Great views as always. |
