Lots of parking at Jordan Pond House with a nice walk along Jordan pond to the trailhead, there is a small lot for 3-4 cars right at trailhead on loop road |

A short hike before heading home, bright sunny skies and warmer than Saturday as there was no wind up top. Views were as good as I've ever had on the trail along the ridge up top. Trail was nice an dry, only a few minor patches of ice on Pemetic South Ridge trail. Many people out today with numerous canines along for the hike. Will be back up to Acadia this winter to visit all my favorite peaks again. |
