Parked at trailhead, but gate is open, so one could cut off the first mile of roadwalking that is considered part of the Great Brook Trail. |

Trail was generally dry with some occasional mud. First half is essentially a series of logging roads - navigation often tricky due to a lack of blazing.
Second half is extremely vague due to a lack of footbed and lack of blazing, as well as open woods. Knee deep leaves in places. |
