Comments
Comments: Great one-way hike starting at the Copake State Park, NY , ironworks, headed up Bash Bish and followed South Taconic Trail on the undulating ridgeline to Alander. Nice view on the side of Bash Bish, and several views along the Alander summit crest. Leaves are nice color on the ridge line but still low in surrounding other areas. Trail down to Undermountain Road was covered with loose Rock and marble like acorns.
