The NET is blazed in white and was well signed at the road. I think the blazing was frequent. I don't recall any blowdowns, but that doesn't mean there weren't any. |

2nd hike of the day after hiking the section of the NET Monument Rd and Falls Brook Shelter. I saved the section that coincides with Tully Trail to do when I redline that loop. This was a short OAB along the NET from Bliss Hill Rd to just east of Ball Hill 1mi from the road. This allowed for a shorter hike from Richmond Rd at a later date. At the time, snowshoes weren't needed and I barebooted, though spikes probably could have been worn. Snow depth was minimal. The trail was easy enough to follow and relatively flat. Bit of a moderate descent to the base of Ball Hill. Gaia had me at 2.3mi, 200ft of gain, 54min. |
