A boon, in Carlisle, for those of us looking for trails near Metro Boston. Conventional wooded hiking trails blend with a working farm, so there are also trails well suited for bikers, joggers, dog-walkers and (in a real winter) XC skiers. The DCR map, which ties in with numbered intersection markers, was essential to navigating the warren of inerlinking trails |
