Lost and Found
Lost and Found: Found a pair of glasses on the ground on a very short bypass on Ledge Rd, not far from High St (Bell Rock Rd). I picked them up and hung them on a low branch where they'd be more visible if someone was looking for them.

Comments
Comments: I had never been to Freetown-Fall River State Forest before but I was nearby and wanted to get a look at this "haunted" forest and ledge. I didn't see anything supernatural but I did see a total lack of leave no trace. People had just tossed plastic water bottles on the ledge and along the trail. I carried a few out and recycled them. Beyond that, I've never seen this much graffiti in one area before. The top of the ledge was covered with it, as well as random rocks and boulders along the trails. Between the trash and the spray-painted rocks, it ruins the look of a supposedly-natural outdoor space. I'm not in a rush to go back there.

Also, the trail maps provided on the State Forest's website are almost totally useless. They're way too small too small to easily read. Many trail names are missing from the map and trail signs, when they do exist don't mirror the names on the map. Maybe the AMC Massachusetts Trail Guide has better maps but since I only have the White Mountain Guide book and maps, I couldn't check it out.

If this forest is really haunted as described in many books of ghost stories, the ghosts should haunt the litterers and graffiti painters.
