Comments
Comments: Great snowshoe conditions almost the entire way, with packed powder and a well- established trench. No ice to speak of. Probably too soft for microspikes, especially the last half mile of the Hopper Trail below the AT. Between the Cheshire Harbor Trail spur and the AT junction, there is a short minefield of 2-3 foot deep postholes. Beautiful day despite the overcast conditions!
