 | Comments: |
The trail conditions were very sloppy- the surface conditions explain it all. Ice kept falling from trees on the upper slopes of the mountain onto my back, which made the second half of the trek up somewhat uncomfortable. The summit was well worth it, though, as it was nearly deserted and the views were excellent. Once the snow melts and trail conditions are better, I'll probably return to this area to explore more trails.
A short, steep, and sloppy but good hike. |
