Bugs: Manageable - we DEETed up immediately after seeing some mosquitos at the Trailhead. Gnats too but no black flies. As long as you keep moving there was enough breeze and coolness to manage.

Comments
Comments: Fantasic weather and super fast and easy trail. Minimal mud - almost entirely dry footbed. Summit was cluttered with ski huts, chair lifts, cell tower etc but great directional views from 3-4 spots. Great views of the Long Trail peaks all around. #73 of NEHH for us.
