Parking/Access Road Notes: Driving North Hollow Rd. from its north end proved muddy, rutted, and challenging. Buffalo Hill Road is closed and impassable. Butz Rd. and Maston's Hill roads proved the best access today. Room to park on Hollow Rd.

Comments: Snow: sparse at first, supportive whenever present, shoes needed up on the ridge.
Bushwhack woods: wide open.

We followed the road up to Braintree gap and bushwhacked steeply north to the recognized summit.
