Looks like someone let the same dog sh*t three times just out of the Windsor trailhead. Could you please pick up after your dog (or walk it on your own property, not our state park)? We don't want to step in its sh*t. Thank you. |

Windsor and Brownsville are well packed; I bare-booted all the way up and carried my snowshoes for naught. Skied over to Castle Rock view, then bare-booted to summit. Skied auto road: the edges have decent snow between the top and Mile 2, great space for diverging parallel. Somewhat glazed below Mile 2, but the ATV tracks are better packed.
Weathersfield Trail likely well-packed and even sunnier. |
