Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: They more than likely prefer that people stay off the access road. No woods are posted, so I bushwhacked a short distance to hit it very low and then followed it most of the way up. Construction is in progress. I parked on RT. 8 across from the cemetery west of the peak.

Comments
Comments: I bushwhacked around the cemetery and hit the access road very close to the gate. I then walked the road, which cuts north and then follows the ridge south. I passed the col mentioned in bryan's post and continued to the summit tower. The road was icy, but I never put my spikes on. I think the round trip is about 3mi.
