Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Grublet LOVES this hike. It is a very easy one for her and she practically ran up the trail both times. Plenty of water along the route and easy rock scrambles for her.
Bugs
Bugs: Black flies were bad at the summit yesterday but this morning they weren't an issue due to the wind.
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: Saw 1 pair of shorts hanging on a branch on the side of the trail.

Comments
Comments: The Pinnacle Trail from Upper Hollow Road

Trail is in pretty decent shape for this time of the year. My pup and I hiked it yesterday morning as well as this morning. The muddy sections are easy to walk thru and my feet managed to stay dry both times even with my trail runners.

Someone did write initials and a date on the rock at the summit of the Pinnacle. Really not okay. Please practice Leave No Trace and do not scribble on the rocks and trees like that.
