| Parking/Access Road Notes: |
There is parking at about a half-dozen access points, but none for the two miles between Marine Ave. and Bailey Beach.

Dry Trail, Wet Trail, Wet/Slippery Rock, Mud - Minor/Avoidable |

|
| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Some of the sections in the two miles between Marine Avenue and Bailey Beach are a bit rough, requiring the negotiation of boulders that can be damp with sea-spray. I wouldn't walk that section in flip-flops, but sneakers are OK. |

| Comments: |
"Unique" is overused, but certainly applies to Rhode Island's most famous trail. Not a wilderness experience, for sure, but I love it.
The two miles between Memorial Boulevard and the Chinese Tea House (Marble House) can be jammed in the summer, but not this time of the year. |
