Comments
Comments: A bit of all winter/Spring trail conditions right now - should become all mud/wet/dry within a few weeks. Patchy snow/ ice became steady ice on Paradise Lane as approached the AT. Used microspikes on AT up to Bear Mountain - highly recommended even though a half dozen younger guys negotiated the ice bare boot. After crossing summit - great views on Sunday - trailsbecame pretty bare and removed mmicro spikes. Great to meet Jim on Bear and go across to Lions Head.
