Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: Crossings at Jeffers and Tunnel Brooks were high and swift; it makes much more sense to whack upstream a few yards to find easier, sag crossings. There's a swampy section about 20 yards long at the north end of Mud Pond where I got I over the top of my (low) gaiters.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Other than the one swampy section not of Mud Pond and the usual spring runoff, all these trails are I good shape.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes:
Bugs
Bugs: Nope, unless ticks count as bugs.

Comments
Comments: Funniest thing happened near the top of the ravine on the BentonTrail: I could have sworn I heard a child scream, over by the top of the slide; then an old man laughing. Must've been the wind.
