Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: Water levels are high. Take care crossing. The second one was the most challenging. Crossed up river beyond trail - tried log but just wasn't comfortable. Continued up a bit more and found some submerged rocks to cross - mid calf depth for me.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: One tree down just after view point. Easily passable.

Comments
Comments: The trail is very wet and lower levels icy. After the stairs spikes would be helpful.
The first crossing near lot was easy - water flowing over the rocks. The second crossing was much more challenging. The third crossing was similar to the first. Waterproof gear will be your friend on this hike.
After the view, snowshoes were definitely a good choice. Some post holes along the way, but the layer of snow was soft enough that they didn't interfere with snowshoes. No view, windy at the summit - wet and rainy most of the hike.
