Comments
Comments: There was a nice snowshoe path to the last switchback before zeta pass. Then stopped. We broke the rest of the way. Plan was to follow to carter dome but didn't give ourselves enough time. Snow was still powdery at the top and soft at the bottom. Snowshoes are a must. The only hikers we saw only had spikes on. We tried to flatten out the postholes but they had to come back down after us. Carter dome and south carter were not broken out
