Comments
Comments: Snowshoes the whole day. No need for spikes. Six of us broke out the trail. It was still a difficult day. The road had about 2" of new snow and some people barebooted that. After the river crossings the snow got deeper. It was shin deep to knee deep and heavy. It was slow going but happily KyleL caught up with us about 2/3rds of the way up and helped break out the deepest and steepest part of the trail.
