Trails: Pulpit Brook Trail
Date of Hike
Date of Hike: Saturday, March 30, 2024
Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: I chose to start at the southern terminus of the trail on Horace Greeley Rd. in Amherst but there's practically no parking here. I was able to back into a small space at the start of the trail, just off the main road. Note the nearby no parking signs. In retrospect, the easiest way to access this trail, with the best parking, is from the Pulpit Rd. trailhead for Pulpit Rock Conservation Area.

Comments
Comments: Out-and-back on this trail early this morning. Mostly dry but frequent small muddy areas and some puddles too.

This pleasant route offers a longer approach to the Pulpit Rock trail system and also provides access to Joppa Hill Farm.
