 | Parking/Access Road Notes: |
room for a couple cars at the TH in the far end of the driving loop in the campground. |
 | Surface Conditions: |
Dry Trail, Wet Trail, Mud - Significant |
 | Recommended Equipment: |
 | Water Crossing Notes: |
first crossing near campground - knee deep - I waded. Supposedly there is a tree crossing it upstream but I did't look too hard and did not find it!! Second crossing from campground was across an algae-slow stream - I crossed on logs that wanted to roll. |
 | Trail Maintenance Notes: |
as stated in other reports, the east side of the loop is a blowdown nightmare. I was short on time and jogged the loop, but, the east side was like hurdle after hurdle. As mentioned, bog bridges have almost rotted away. What remains are many large nailheads sticking up - be careful not to trip on them!!!! |

 | Dog-Related Notes: |

 | Bugs: |
not bad - a few mosquitoes |

 | Comments: |
Would be a really nice loop with some maintenance!!! Nice pond views!!!! Would not recommend swimming in the first major river crossing.... I did it voluntarily but wouldn't do it again..... :( |
