Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Easy trail loop for most trail savvy dogs. Water is available up to 3300 feet but bring extra for beyond that. This is a busy peak so, trail etiquette is a must. Dog owners should be aware that not all dogs and people like to be run up on by their "friendly" dog. Please have voice control down for your dogs.

Comments
Comments: Plan D of my mini vacation. A perfect Moosilauke Day... Those don't happen often. Also a day to keep my membership current in the 4K club. ;-)

Trails are good but, man are they getting wider and wider every time I hike this one. Lots of use here and over use I am sure. People, walk through the mud instead of around it and widening the trails. Please stay on the marked trail above tree line to avoid killing the alpine grass and flowers. It's tough enough to grow up there. Human and dog feet will make it harder. I spent a lot of time picking up micro trash as well. Enjoy your time but respect the environment.
