| Comments: |
the damaged road to Terrell Pond meant I had to walk the road past the pond to a Y where I went left to a gated bridge. from there I went up to a left and walked steeply to another left. there were two washouts on this road. the second left headed south, then west and came to a gate(#116). beyond the gate was grassy from where I headed north in mostly good woods and some prickery stuff and new growth. the flattish summit has various little bumps. I came to one with a string and flagging so I moved on a little further north to a bump with a bottle. for descent I just did an about face. the hike was longer than it should have been but jobbers is done and now I only need ONE more peak(with access) to complete the NH500!!! |
