Mosquitoes and black flies were vexing when stopping. |

Trail was wet from the showers and mist this afternoon, but it drains better than most, so virtually no mud to deal with.
Lots of wildflowers in bloom, including fringed polygala, columbine, bellwort, starflower, and purple violet. |
